Since I’ve been working in this space for a couple of decades now, I’ve got a pretty good idea of what you might be wondering about at this point!
What types of businesses are in the program?
We have people from all different backgrounds in the program including creatives, coaches and consultants. Some are solopreneurs, some have a support team behind them, such as a VA, bookkeeper, contractors and/or digital marketer and the larger ones are starting to grow their teams.
What if I can’t attend the live calls?
All trainings are recorded and available on replay within 48 hours.
Do you cover all social media platforms?
No, I focus predominantly on Business Facebook groups and Linked in, because that’s where I’m seeing the best results with my clients.
How do I get the most out of the program?
Show up to all the sessions, and block time in your diary for implementation. This isn’t a course where you just consume content, it’s what you do with that knowledge that will actually make the difference in your business.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may leave the program at any time but there are no refunds. Please read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly before signing up. If you select to pay monthly you are bound a legal contract to pay for the remaining months of your agreement.
I’m only just starting my business is this right for me?
Yes. Beyond the Hourly Rate® is great for business owners who want to get it right first time, avoid trial and error and start earning what they are worth.
I’ve been in business a while is this the right option for me?
Yes. If you want to be proactive and currently have gaps in your foundations, Beyond the Hourly Rate® will help you to quickly identify what those areas are then support you with the expertise, training and resources from the toolbox to implement change.
Do you guarantee I’ll get results from the program?
I have helped numerous service businesses to achieve their goals, pivot when needed and build solid foundations. However, your success is your responsibility and there are too many external factors to ever guarantee results. You need to be prepared to put in the work, be coachable, be held accountable and be proactive.
Do you teach all the technical aspects of running a business?
No. My personal view is that there are enough imperative tasks to running a business already. Yes you can build a business and DIY everything, but that’s the slow road. You’ll grow faster, start earning sooner and save a heap of brain ache by implementing a solid strategy and being client focused rather than tinkering around with code and all the technical aspects. I do, however, run a monthly Basic Tech Call to help you upskill and get your questions answered and we have an extensive network of trusted experts that I can refer you to.
Are there any 1:1 sessions?
You will be fully supported in the mentorship. However, there are no 1:1 sessions. If you wish, you can purchase 1:1 sessions with any of our expert coaches at an additional cost.
